Shipping policy

All orders are shipped by UPS or FEDEX on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. Weekend delivery is not available. Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address, we are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses, and we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. ELEVEN SIX reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these conditions. ELEVEN SIX is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

DOMESTIC USA

FREE shipping - On all orders over $250 (except Hawaii and Alaska) (excluding ART + SCULPTURES)

Under $250 shipping will be determined according to destination at a competitive rate.

INTERNATIONAL

 

FREE shipping - On all orders over $400 

Under $400 shipping will be determined according to destination at a competitive  rate.

*International shipping services are not available for ART + SCULPTURES*

*Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The carrier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs, ELEVEN SIX is not responsible for these charges.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, the package will be returned to ELEVEN SIX at the cost of the customer.
